Personal Training

Personal Training is unique to every client. After an evaluation, I will recommend a program that includes 2-day, 3-day or weekly sessions with me. Your commitment to Personal Training is based on whether you are exercising to improve your overall health and wellness or if you have a more specific fitness training goal.

Yoga

As a Yoga teacher, I work on asana (yoga postures) through my functional training lens. I want my students to find the postures and movement that will support them in their lifestyle, sports and activities. Whether you would like to learn the basics of Yoga or delve deeper into your own practice, private sessions allow me to focus on your individual needs.
