Learn More

For more than 20 years, I have taught everything from Kickboxing and Step Aerobics to Spin and Yoga. I trained my first client back in 2000 and have since worked with many ages and skill sets, both athletes and post-rehab. In my Personal Training, I now work almost exclusively with women. I teach yoga for all levels, ages and genders. I have been teaching and training in Dallas, TX since 2011.
