As a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher, I am here to help you find the balance between physical strength, stamina, mobility, flexibility, and a mind-body connection. I guide my clients and students to build greater awareness in their bodies so they can move with confidence, strength and power. Helping people move and feel better is my specialty!
About Me
& What I do
As a Personal Trainer, I focus on Functional Fitness, incorporating various types of body weight exercises, equipment and weights with movement patterns that occur in your everyday life-hence the name functional. I work with each client on their own unique strengths and physical challenges.

As a Yoga teacher, I bring experience from my personal training, with a built-in understanding of biomechanics, kinesiology and anatomy. My own personal practice is something that gives me deep peace and great joy. For my students, I want to nurture the familiarity of Yoga so that they too can discover the benefits of a mind-body practice.
My Services
I offer one-on-one training and yoga sessions in my private home studio in the Park Cities. I work with clients in their homes if they live within a 10-minute driving distance. If you do not live in the area, I see private clients online.

Yoga
My yoga sessions are tailored to your individual needs. Our sessions will improve your physical strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and foster a sense of overall well-being.
